What is The Camp Presents Scream City Horror Convention?

The Camp is an event where you can meet the cast of your favorite TV shows and Movies!

When and where is Scream City Horror Con?

Scream City Horror Con is March 22 and 23, 2025 at The World Golf Village Renaissance Resort in St. Augustine, FL.

Can I bring weapons to the event?

No real weapons are allowed at any of The Camp Events (Scream City Horror Convention’s parent company). Plastic replicas are allowed but we do not allow wood or metal bats, swords bows, arrows, knives, etc.  Our weapons policy includes all firearms and airsoft guns. This also applies to attendees who may have a permit or license to carry said weapons. ALL WEAPONS MUST BE TAGGED AT ENTRY.

Will there be security on site?

Yes, we have a security team on site at all times.

Can we bring bags or backpacks?

Yes, but all bags will be subject to search.

Where will I pick up my wrist band?

Specific details on Will Call will be released closer to the event. You must bring your ID and confirmation email to receive your wristband or badge, either printed or on your phone.

Am I able to re-enter the event if I leave?

Yes, you will be given wristbands when you check-in and can come and go as you please. Do not remove them or lose them as they are not replaceable. 

We will have a will-call set up (details coming closer to the event) where you can pick up your wristbands before entering the event. You must bring your confirmation email, either printed or on your phone. All VIP and Inclusive VIP tickets must be picked up using a government issued photo ID.

Can I return my tickets?

All tickets are nonrefundable and non transferable.

Which actors will be in attendance?

Can I take photos with and get autographs from the actors?

Yes, but the actors do charge for autographs and selfies.

When and how are autographs and selfies sold?

Autographs and selfies are sold at the actor’s table at the event. Some actors have chosen to pre-sell their autographs and selfies.

Can we videotape and take photos of the guests? 

Please be respectful of all attendees and featured guests. No candid photos or videos without approval.

Can I give letters or gifts to the actors?

Absolutely! Just remember that the actors did fly or drive to the event and may not be able to bring big items home, so try and keep it small!

What are photo ops?

Photo ops are professionally taken photos with guests and include an 8×10 print out of your photo.

How many people can be in a photo op?

2 adults and 2 children can be in the solo photo ops

4 total people can be in the group photo ops

Can I cosplay at the event?

We love cosplayers! Please review our weapons policy below.

Can we bring our own food, drinks, or coolers?

No outside food & drinks are allowed. There will be plenty of opportunities to purchase food and beverages.

What is the dress code?

Casual/comfortable, remember this is an indoor and outdoor event, prepare accordingly for all weather.

Are we allowed to bring our service animals?

We welcome licensed service animals. Please be sure they are wearing their vests so others know to be respectful to the job they are providing you. In accordance with ADA law, a service animal is defined as a dog that is trained to perform a task or tasks to mitigate a handler’s disability or access need. Service animals do always need to be leashed (unless prevented by their handler’s disability or access need) and under handler control. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and will not be admitted to the event.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! Plenty of free parking is available on site!

Can anyone be issued a media pass?

No, sorry. As these are very limited, we will only issue to accredited/professional media outlets and cannot be issued for personal use. 

We have our own official photographer on site who will be walking around taking a lot of pictures for all of us to enjoy.
